Welcome to the Roadmap to Oceans and Climate Action (ROCA) Initiative website!

The ROCA initiative, which spanned from 2016-2021, was a multi-stakeholder initiative created to advance the ocean and climate agenda. Though the initiative has now officially concluded, the Global Ocean Forum, along with collaborating partners, plans to continue its legacy via biennial reports on Assessing Ocean and Climate Action (see 2022-2023 report here) and a successor strategy which is currently under development and will be shared widely and housed on this site once finalized.
